Terms of Service
Effective date: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at thepizzahubco.com and any orders you place with The Pizza Hub, located at 9112 Mission Blvd, Riverside, CA 92509. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Online Ordering
Our website lets you browse our menu and place orders for pickup or delivery. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted once we confirm and begin preparing it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, the order cannot be verified, or there is an error in pricing or availability.
Pricing & Availability
- Menu items, prices, deals, and hours are subject to change without notice.
- Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or any delivery or service fees, which are added at checkout.
- Deals and specials are subject to their stated terms and availability, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to adjust or refund that item.
Cancellations & Refunds
Order issues — a wrong, missing, or unsatisfactory item — are handled directly by the restaurant. Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order so we can make it right. Because our food is prepared fresh to order, prepared-food orders generally cannot be cancelled once we have begun making them. Any refund, credit, or remake is provided at the restaurant's reasonable discretion.
Accuracy of Your Order Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, phone number, delivery address, and any special instructions. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect orders that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
Food Allergies
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen. If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering.
Third-Party Services
Online ordering and payments are processed by Clover, and some orders may be placed through third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or GrubHub). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including our name, logo, menu descriptions, text, and images — is owned by The Pizza Hub and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and online ordering are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pizza Hub and its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any order. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
